What to Read Before You Claim a Bonus
Start with wagering requirements
The most important number is the wagering multiplier, often shown as 35x or 50x. This tells you how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings. For example, a RM100 bonus with 35x wagering means you need to place RM3,500 in bets.
Lower multipliers are better. Anything above 40x becomes harder to clear, especially on slots alone. Also check if the wagering applies to the deposit plus bonus, or only the bonus. The answer should be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
Check game contribution percentages
Not all games count equally toward wagering. Slots usually count 100%, but table games like blackjack or baccarat may count only 10% or even 0%. If you prefer table games, a bonus with low slot contribution will be nearly impossible to clear.
The platform’s terms page lists these percentages. Look for a table or bullet points. If a game you play is excluded entirely, that bonus may not suit your style. Stick to offers where your preferred games contribute at least 50%.
Note the expiry date and minimum deposit
Every welcome bonus has a time limit, usually 7 to 30 days from the date you claim it. If you do not meet the wagering within that period, the bonus and any winnings are forfeited. Mark the deadline on your calendar or in your e-wallet notes.
Also check the minimum deposit amount. It is often RM30 or RM50. Depositing less than that means you get no bonus. In Malaysia, using Touch 'n Go or DuitNow for instant crediting is common, but always confirm the deposit method is accepted for the promotion.

Understand maximum bet and withdrawal cap
Most bonuses cap your bet size while wagering, often at RM25 or RM30 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit can void the bonus and any winnings. This rule applies until you meet the full wagering requirement, so keep bets small and consistent.
A withdrawal cap limits how much you can cash out from bonus winnings. For example, a cap of RM500 means even if you win RM2,000, you only get RM500. Compare this cap with the bonus size. A higher cap gives you better value.
Read the bonus terms in language you understand
On the site, the bonus terms are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Always read the version you are more comfortable with. Key terms like "wagering contribution" and "eligible games" may be easier to spot in Bahasa under "syarat pertaruhan".
If any phrase is unclear, contact customer support before claiming. The platform’s live chat or email can confirm whether a specific game or deposit method qualifies. Getting a written answer protects you if a dispute arises later.
